ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Natalie!

As a dedicated counsellor my mission is to guide you through life's challenges and support you in achieving your personal and professional goals. With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry as a health/strength coach and personal trainer, I have cultivated a deep passion for health and wellness. This journey has naturally transitioned into a more holistic approach, allowing me to blend my expertise in physical health with a focus on mental and emotional well-being. My practice emphasizes relationships, grief, trauma, and emotional regulation. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and disordered eating.

My counselling style, grounded in a trauma-informed, holistic approach, is characterized by transparency, empathy, and non-judgment. I firmly believe in the capacity for change and growth in every individual, whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth.

 

In our collaborative sessions, we'll work together to identify your goals and develop a plan to achieve them. Through attentive listening, guidance, and skill development, I'm dedicated to helping you overcome obstacles and cultivate a happier, more fulfilling life.
